Q: Where is my nearest authorized dealer?
A: You can locate your nearest authorized dealer by visiting our Dealer Locator.

Q:  How do I register my product?
A: Please visit our Product Registration page. Please have ready, the authorized Sherwood dealer you purchase the product from, date of purchase, type of equipment, model name.  If you purchased a Buoyancy Compensator, Regulator, Octopus, or Dive Computer please have the serial number as well.

Q: Do I have to register my regulator to get the free parts?
A: Yes, in order to participate in the Free Parts for Life program, you must register your product online 

Q: Is the Sherwood regulator Free Parts program transferable?
A: No. The Free Parts for Life program is only for the original owner and cannot be transferred.

Q: Can I download my Sherwood Dive computer onto my Mac?
A: Yes. DiverLog by developer Pelagic Pressure Systems is available for divers wishing to use Apple products. Please visit the App Store to download DiverLog. The current models supported by DiverLog are: Amphos, Amphos 2.0, Amphos Air, Amphos Air 2.0, Insight (metal buttons), Sage, Vision, Wisdom2, Wisdom 3 and Wisdom 4.

Q: Can I change the battery on my Sherwood computer?
A: All current model Sherwood computers have User Replaceable batteries. A battery hatch key is included with the owner's manual. It is recommended that you bring your computers in to an Authorized Dealer to ensure the battery change is done correctly.

Q: Which battery does my Sherwood computer take?
A: Sherwood Scuba encourages the use of the Sherwood battery kits supplied by Sherwood Authorized dealers. These kits contain the correct battery with optimized amperage and voltage, replacement O-ring and O-ring lubricant. Many of the discounted batteries do not offer the correct amperage and will result in shorten battery life for your dive computer. Sherwood Scuba strongly discourages the use of aftermarket batteries.   Please contact your local Sherwood Scuba dealer for more information.

Q: Can I use my Sherwood regulator for Nitrox?
A: All current Sherwood Regulators and Octos are Nitrox Ready up to 40%.

Q: Can I install spring straps on my Sherwood fins?
A: Yes, you can install spring straps on your Sherwood fins.

Q: Can prescription lenses be installed in my Sherwood mask?
A: Only the Sherwood Magnum 2 mask accepts prescription lenses.

Q: I lost/damaged my owner's manual, can I get another one?
A: Of course. Please visit our Downloads page to download any current Owner’s Manual.
