Q: Is the Sherwood regulator Free Parts program transferable?
A: No. The Free Parts for Life program is only for the original owner and cannot be transferred.
Q: Can I download my Sherwood computer onto my Mac?
A: Yes, Sherwood dive computers are MAC compatible. DIVERLOG is available on the Apple App Store.
Q: Can I change the battery on my Sherwood computer?
A: All current model Sherwood computers have User Replaceable batteries. A battery hatch key is included with the owner's manual. It is recommended that you bring your computers in to an Authorized Dealer to ensure the battery change is done correctly.
Q: Which battery does my Sherwood computer take?
A: All current model Sherwood computers utilize a CR2450 battery. Brand name batteries (Sony, Panasonic, Energizer, Duracell) are strongly recommended and generic brands (Lija, Renata, Varta) should be avoided as they lack sufficient power to sustain all of the functions of your Sherwood dive computer.
